We here at Latino Ceramics wish to let you know about your tiles and what happens once you have placed an order with us in regards to delivery and storage.
How long will delivery take?
Once you have purchased your items from Latino Ceramics we will then get your order in stock (if not already in stock). This depends on what product you have chosen from the shop. As soon as the delivery is in we will then contact yourself and arrange if you wish for the chosen items to either be delivered on a certain date or if you wish to come collect them in store.
Where do we store your Order?
We store all your orders in our warehouse. Once they have been delivered to us (if not already in store) we will then contact yourself and arrange a delivery or collection to whatever suits you best.
Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?
When ordering your tiles from Latino Ceramics you can specify a date/time for either delivery or collection. We will then make sure that your order will be ready to pick up for collection or we will deliver to your address or chosen address at the time suggested by you. We take pride in putting you at the forefront of everything we do.
Can I amend my delivery date?
You sure can. You can either give us a call on 01943 884546 or drop us an email at Info@latinoceramics.co.uk and we will then amend your delivery/collection date/time to your request.
Do I have to be there for the delivery?
We will deliver the product to whatever your specific request you require. If we have any issues with delivery we will then return them to our warehouse and contact yourself to re-arrange the delivery.

We are open to the public and trade Monday to Friday 8.00-17.00, if you give us notice we are happy to extend our opening hours, and on a Saturday 09.00-16.00.
